HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

STEP 1 : ADD PRODUCTS TO SHOPPING CART

Browse the cosmetics, makeup or skincare items by category or search at our online store. Add items you wish to buy to the shopping cart. 
You may update the item quantity or remove the item from your shopping cart.

 

STEP 2 : CHECKOUT

REGISTER OR LOGIN

Register to create an account with RumahKosmetik or if you have registered before, please login with your details.

 

 

FILL IN BILLING INFORMATION

If this is the first time of your register process, you are required to fill in Billing Information. Otherwise, your billing information will be automatically displayed after you login.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

There are few shipping options for you to choose to best accomodate your needs.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payment transfer to our Bank Central Asia Account. Payment needed to be made within 24 hours after you have received the email of order confirmation.Unfortunately fail payment will lead to order cancellation.

Please review your order before submitting it.

Your order has been confirmed. You will receive an email of order detail and payment information.

1. JNE INDONESIA

Estimate Delivery Time : 7-14 Postal Working Days (To Jabotabek).
Other cities in Indonesia might take longer delivery time.
This is the most cost-effective shipping option and perfect mode if time is not a factor, suitable for customers who do not need urgent delivery.

2. SINGPOST (STANDARD REGISTERED)

Shipped directly from Singapore.
Estimate Delivery Time : 5-8 Postal Working Days (To Jakarta & Batam).
Other cities in Indonesia might take longer delivery time.

3. EMS (EXPRESS)

Shipped directly from Singapore.
Estimate Delivery Time : 1-3 Postal Working Days (To Jakarta & Batam). Other cities in Indonesia might take longer time.
